Peachtree Place is one mile West of Highway 79 on scenic US Highway 98 in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida. Peachtree Place is within easy walking distance to the beach (directly across the street.) Some on the finest dining and entertainment in the Florida Panhandle is to be found just down the street. Peachtree Place is in the center of where you need to be.

| •Security/damage deposit required in advance. ($250.00) |
| •Deposits are NOT applied to rent but are fully refundable within 2 weeks of departure, providing there has been no damage to the unit or its contents or if our cancellation policy has been followed. |
| •Fifteen day notice required if you must cancel or shorten your stay to insure a full deposit refund. Monthly rentals must cancel (1) month prior to check-in for a full deposit refund. |
| •All rents due in-full upon arrival, no refunds for early departures. |
| •NO PETS ALLOWED. |
| •6 persons per unit maximum. |
| •Rates do not include sales tax. |
| •Rates include linens and towels, however please bring extra towels for beach use since linens & other furnishings are not allowed to be taken out of the unit. |
| •A one-time housekeeping fee will be made upon payment. |
| •3 P.M. check-in / 11 A.M. check-out Guests will be charged an extra day for late check-out |
| •Rental units are for families. Registrant must be at least 25 years old, any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subjected to forfeiture of deposits and will not be permitted to check-in. |
| •Each unit is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen, refrigerator with ice maker, oven, dishwasher, disposal, central heat & air, color television, VCR, cable, telephones, linens, and washer/dryer. Master Bedroom has King Size Bed. |
